Hi, I’m Ellen Grove.

I’m an Agile Coach and Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience leading software testing, development and implementation teams in global enterprises, a passion for exploratory software testing and user-centered design, and a background in community organization.

I help teams make better software through coaching them to create the circumstances in which they can work most productively and effectively, using a a variety of team-building and facilitation approaches to support the transition to collaborative Agile work practices at the team, managerial and corporate levels. As a coach, I’ve succeeded at rolling out Scrum across distributed teams and with external development partners. And I have a lot of fun facilitating StrategicPlay® with Lego® SERIOUS PLAY®.methods for creative problem solving and organizational planning. A generalizing specialist at heart, I have an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts & Science degree from McMaster University, and I’ve studied computer-human interaction at Carleton University.
