A few testimonials:
Ellen joined our development team as an Agile coach during a transition between project managers. She seamlessly integrated herself into the project team, improved the overall velocity of the project, and was integral in opening the channels of communication surrounding the project to provide clear expectations for all involved.
Ellen was completely committed to the success of the project and was happy to go beyond the call of duty to ensure its success. She is extremely easy to work with and her vast experience with Agile was apparent and invaluable.
The team still finds itself philosophizing over the Agile concepts she has introduced us to.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Ellen as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on any development team.
Patrick Dumoulin, Web Specialist and Usability Architect at Office of the Auditor General of Canada
Ellen was a great person to have on our team. Never satisfied with figuring out « what went wrong », she was always the one to ask « what do we do to make sure this doesn’t happen again ». She is an excellent leader and teacher and was integral to moving our team towards a more agile development process. She also has a great deal of curiosity and was always interested to learn from everyone else on the team. It was a pleasure working with her and I would be happy to do so again.

Ellen has many great qualities that make her an asset to any software development organization.
Her capacity for work is huge – Ellen is able to stay on top of many details, and is thorough in completing tasks. This was evident in her work as process facilitator/Scrum master during the Enterprise Unified Management project.
Ellen listens well, and evaluates different points of view. As an advocate of the agile process, Ellen is adaptable and strives to improve when it makes sense to do so.
Ellen’s history in software quality leadership readily comes into play during software development. Ellen identifies sensible opportunities to make a difference to the quality of a product, and champions them until the rough edges become smooth.
Ellen will make a positive difference to any project she works on
