Hi, I'm Stephane Lecuyer, Agile coach, trainer and Scrum Master.

I have over 25 years of experience in IT environments and in every environment there is one constant: humans!

I am passionate about humans and believe that any kind of transformation in any organization absolutely needs to go through the people. I've coached in different environments like insurance, medical, game development, banking, and telecom. I've learned that in all those environments, people need to understand why we want to change things. They also need to be part of the change and they need to know what's in it for them. My experience allows me to identify rapidly ways to embark people on the transformation process because one thing is sure: if you intend to go the Agile way, it will initiate a profound transformation of your organization and the way individuals evolve inside that organization!

I also strongly believe that coaching is a key element to a successful change process and I am presently in the process to complete a professional coaching training program. Enthusiasm and leadership are also the key ingredients that I will bring to your organization to provide a successful transition to Agile!
