In other words, an organization and the people who compose it are not &quot;two&quot;, but indeed &quot;one&quot;.My goal is to help organizations and teams in their desire to apply agile values and principles, learning with them while reaping the benefits of agility without falling into dogmatism.I am interested in and have been learning about agility, team dynamics, facilitation, and continuous improvement for many years. Having been a manager for a long period of my career, I applied agile values, principles, and practices with my collaborators, but only started to put my Scrum Master skills into practice a few years ago.I have developed a great interest in ideation and the facilitation of various events. I have facilitated open forums, World Caf\u00e9s, Delegation Poker, and various Gamestorming events to help participants generate and share ideas and establish a plan to put them into action.My managerial experience helps me understand the gap that separates traditional ways of doing things and the emergence of organizations where self-organized teams practice continuous improvement in order to be efficient while wishing to work together.I am an agile coach and a certified Scrum Master since 2008 (ScrumAlliance), with technical experience and team management in IT. I firmly believe that my skills and my goal are compatible with organizations working outside of IT.\">\n<div class=\"ac-container ac-adaptiveCard\">\n<div class=\"ac-textBlock\">\n<p>Je crois qu\u2019une organisation plus centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain ne met pas au second plan la performance de l\u2019organisation, mais investit plut\u00f4t dans sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et sa r\u00e9silience. Autrement dit, une organisation et les gens qui la composent ne sont pas \u00ab deux \u00bb, mais bien \u00ab un \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Mon objectif est d\u2019aider les organisations et les \u00e9quipes dans leur d\u00e9sir d\u2019appliquer les valeurs et principes agiles, en apprenant avec elles tout en r\u00e9coltant les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 sans sombrer dans le dogmatisme.<\/p>\n<p>Je m\u2019int\u00e9resse et apprends sur l\u2019agilit\u00e9, les dynamiques d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la facilitation et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 gestionnaire durant une longue p\u00e9riode de ma carri\u00e8re, j\u2019y ai appliqu\u00e9 les valeurs, principes et pratiques agiles avec mes collaborateurs, mais n\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en pratiques mes habilet\u00e9s de Scrum Master que depuis quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019id\u00e9ation et la facilitation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements divers. J\u2019ai facilit\u00e9 des forums ouverts, des World Caf\u00e9s, du Delegation Poker et diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements de Gamestorming pour aider les participants \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer et partager des id\u00e9es et \u00e9tablir un plan pour les mettre en action.<\/p>\n<p>Mon exp\u00e9rience de gestionnaire m\u2019aide \u00e0 comprendre le foss\u00e9 qui s\u00e9pare les fa\u00e7ons de faire traditionnelles et l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019organisations o\u00f9 des \u00e9quipes auto-organis\u00e9es mettent en pratique l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue afin d\u2019\u00eatre performantes tout en souhaitant travailler ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis un coach agile et un Scrum Master certifi\u00e9 depuis 2008 (ScrumAlliance), poss\u00e9dant une exp\u00e9rience technique et en gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipe TI.
