We will accompany you to determine how to use self-selection to optimize your organization while engaging your teammates in this change.<\/p>

More specifically, we will:<\/p>

  • Assist managers in determining the objectives and constraints related to self-selection;<\/li>
  • Help you communicate with the team members in preparation for the self-selection workshop;<\/li>
  • Plan the self-selection workshop with you, including logistics and facilitation plan;<\/li>
  • Collaborate with your existing team of coaches to make you autonomous in this process; and<\/li>

    Launch your team towards exceptional results<\/strong>. We will accompany you during the launch of your next product, project, or feature group. The goal of this activity is to be able to start work, but also to ensure that the team is well aligned with the vision of the organization and the product and that it understands its context well.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    During this day (or two), we will build:<\/p>

    • A team composed of teammates, a client (or their representative), and a coach for the team;<\/li>
    • An estimated and ordered product backlog, with the first items detailed enough to start a sprint;<\/li>
    • A succinct Agile project charter, or a team charter;<\/li>
    • A common understanding of the client\u2019s vision, the work to be done, the desired operation, and the project context.<\/li><\/ul>
