But it\u2019s more than that: I felt that we were submerged all week-end long by a river of gratitude. Gratitude was natural for everyone. When you put 80 agile coaches together, I guess this is what happens, but it never occurred so clearly to me before. These are words I heard all day long, everywhere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cThank you, you inspired me so much with your facilitation skills\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWow, you shine!\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThanks for being so vulnerable and sharing this with us\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThank you to lighten the mood with your humor\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cI give hugs for free!\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0963.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1279 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0963-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"In a middle of a &quot;coaching circle&quot; session\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0963-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0963-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0963-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The impact on me was that it just felt good. I felt part of a community, which was exactly the mission of the coach camp. \u00a0I never felt judged or at the wrong place, even if I was silent, sometimes. \u00a0I once read that gratitude can help us build happy relationships and grow our self-esteem; it puts us in a mood where it\u2019s easier to have generous interpretations for events or people around us. Based on what I experienced this week-end, I strongly believe that.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0985.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1281 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/agilepartnership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC_0985-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0985\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI think it&#8217;s\u00a0the best Coach Camp I\u2019ve experienced until now. Maybe it\u2019s because of the people that were there, who were so generous and nice, competent and knowledgeable. Maybe it\u2019s because of the 7 hours of singing and guitar-playing we did Saturday night. Maybe it\u2019s because of me, the capacity that I developed to be present and to enjoy the moment. In fact I think <em>all<\/em> of this made what the Agile Coach Camp is all about: creating a community of Agile Coaches by sharing and socializing.
