They had the courage to do things differently and are now reaping the benefits.\u00a0 Being in the avionics industry, the challenges in adopting an Agile approach were immense.\u00a0 But the highly capable team members and management at <a title=\"CMC Electeonics\" href=\"http:\/\/www.esterline.com\/Default.aspx?alias=www.esterline.com\/avionicssystems\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CMC Electronics<\/a> were able to surmount those challenges and come up with new and ingenious ways to get closer and closer to the coach\u2019s (me) one simple rule: \u201cI want this <strong><em>on the plane<\/em><\/strong> at the end of the Sprint\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But don\u2019t take my word for it.
