Isabelle Therrien

Agile Coach, Speaker & Trainer

Isabelle is a team gatherer, passionate about human relations and value creation. Her communicative enthusiasm, natural leadership, and creativity are the main strengths that support her in her mandates.

She has always been a passionate communicator. For several years, she has given several conferences highly appreciated by their audience. She has also given training to private groups in companies several times in the last 10 years. She knows how to adapt her content and her way of delivering her message depending on the type of audience and the size of the group.

She fell into Agility in 2007 after completing her MBA and holding several positions in an SME: project manager, application architect, team leader. Since then, she has held the position of Scrum Master in about ten different projects, and she has coached dozens of other teams in several organizations of different sizes and environments.

During this time, she got involved in the Montreal and Canadian Agile community by organizing events (Spark the Change, Gatherings of agile coaches, Agile Coach Camp Canada, Agile Tour Montreal, Agile Open, monthly meetings of Agile Montreal), facilitating Open Forum days and sitting on the CA of Agile Montreal for 2 years.
