I’m a freelance Agile Coach with a passion for growth and learning, bringing 18 years of experience to the table. Throughout my career, I have guided teams in navigating the agile process to deliver high-quality products.

Equipped with a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, I possess a solid educational foundation. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) and a Professional Product Owner (PSPO II), further validating my expertise.

My coaching style is characterized by clear communication, collaboration, and a strong focus on achieving results. I firmly believe in the power of sharing insights, knowledge, experiences, and tools to empower others. With an insatiable curiosity, I am always eager to learn and engage in discussions about the latest books in the industry.

I am genuinely excited to bring my passion and expertise to the table, working with organizations to improve their agile processes and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
